Send a book to your doctor

WANT US TO SEND THE BOOK "STOP THE THYROID MADNESS" TO YOUR DOCTOR??  The book just might be the turning point in your doctor's understanding of CORRECT hypothyroid treatment, as well as knowledge about adrenal fatigue!

This is where you go!  Read the steps below carefully BEFORE completing this.

Here's how it works:

1) Click on the GOOGLE CHECKOUT icon below

2) Sign in, and choose the CORRECT SHIPPING AMOUNT via the drop down menu. (We canNOT send a book internationally with a US shipping amount.) PLEASE NOTE: Media Mail is taking 3-4 weeks to some locations. We will NOT be responsble for the snail's pace of the Post Office for Media Mail.)

3) Where it says SHIP TO: change that to your doctor's complete name and complete business address with zipcode. Remember to include the letters after his or her name, such as MD, DO, NP....you name it.

4) After your credit card has been approved, we'll ship it for you within 48 - 72 hours of business days.

5) Included with the book will be a paper insert with the following written on it:  This book has been paid for and sent to you by a patient who feels you are open minded enough to read this and consider what it says.  That's a compliment and we hope you enjoy the book.  Sincerely, Laughing Grape Publishing.  If you want your name inserted where it says "a patient", email LGP and let us know your name AS SOON AS YOU COMPLETE THE GOOGLE CHECKOUT.  Otherwise, it will just say what is seen above.

REMEMBER: you will need to change the "Ship To:" to your doctors complete name and address.  And if you want the note inside to have YOUR name, you need to email us directly and include the doctor's name so we can connect your name to the correct book. Otherwise, we'll just put "patient" as above.
